San Marino Ocean Front is one of the most complete Ocean communities of Panama located on the Caribbean side of Panama. The Republic of Panama is a very special country. You can be in between the Pacific Ocean and the Caribbean Coast line in less than and hour and a half. The sea level temperature is between 80 to 85 degrees Fahrenheit all year around. It is summer from December to April while in other countries is winter. We are out of the Hurricane area.
Our properties are titled and the lots have a minimum area of 6,990 square feet. There are four different price ranges of lots and you can walk in less than one minute to the beach and see the beautiful scenery of the Ocean or build right on the oceanfront!We offer private roads, concrete curbs, underground electric and telephone cables into the house, club house, and all the benefits of a beach house community. Sand, Sun, Sea, Fishing, Scuba, Hiking, Snorkeling, Horse back riding, natural reefs, Marina. and extensive walking beach area for those who like to see the sunset.
You can enjoy the scenery of the Panama Canal, or discover the beaches, Green mountains, fishing, shopping, or playing Casino. As far as business, it has more than 80 banks from all over the World, and a FREE Zone that distributes merchandise to the Caribbean, Central and South America. The main Airport is becoming the main hub connecting North, Central and South America.
It is very economical compared to other developed countries such as the United States or Europe.
Fishing
San Marino Ocean Front one of the most complete Ocean communities of Panama located on the Caribbean side of PanamaPrime season fishing time is from June to October where you can get Blue marlin, Wahoo, king fish, Dorado, Snapper, Barracuda and other diversity of deep fishing. In less than 20 minutes you can find the drop of 1000 feet where the big fish eaten begins.
Adventures at Sea
You can take your boat and travel to San Blass. This is a group of Island where Kuna Indians live. They do not have electricity or drinking water, but the scenery of the white sand beaches is worth any trip. It takes approximately one hour and a half from San Marino Ocean Front on boat.
You can fish at a place called Vulcan Reef. This is a reef located at an hour an a half from San Marino Ocean Front on Open Water. It has a deep of 250 feet surrounded by deep water.
