The US$350,000 fine corresponds to an interruption that occurred on March 21, when the company's GSM network went down for 36 minutes and its TDMA service for 126 minutes, affecting 562,842 clients across the country.
The US$150,000 fine is for a break in service for a total of 36 hours that occurred between September 30 and October 3 in the company's prepaid platform. Asep formally sanctioned the company in January of this year, but did not set fines at that time.
