The town of Lidice is located approximately 40 miles from Panama City in the District of Capira, a popular stop for many en route to the Pacific beach towns such as Coronado Beach with the nearby Quesos Chela as a landmark. Lidice is the largest of the many small towns located in the valley at the foothills of the impressive Cerro Trinidad and is regarded as one of the most important food producing districts in Capira with it's fertile land known for growing oranges, coffee, yucca and name, among others.
