The Grupo Shahani Resort Development division today introduced its newest real estate endeavor, Hacienda Pacifica, which is nestled in the hills above the Pacific Ocean and only an hour outside Panama City. Just minutes from the beach, Hacienda Pacifica offers resort-style living in the security of a master-planned, gated community featuring estate homes, the private River Club, swimming, tennis and on-property village-style convenience shopping.

Residences are available now for purchase and are priced from $199,500 USD for a two-bedroom estate home built on a generous one-third acre lot. Two- and three-bedroom estate homes in Hacienda Pacifica's first phase are immediately available.
