Access to the property is via a dirt road easement directly from the main asphalt road and contains some simple structures, including a one-level farmhouse. The land is made up of two contiguous and segregated titled properties for animals with various divisions through barbed wire and wooden posts. As this property is within the Portobelo national park system, the use of the zoning is limited and controlled by Executive Decree 43 of June 16, 1999 (available upon request). The topography is mostly flat with some bottoms, gentle hills and some peaks overlooking the sea from its highest peak. Available with electricity, municipal water and rain for animals throughout the year.
