Our guarantee is simple: we will work with other licensed brokers on properties listed elsewhere (ie; on-line, newspaper, print, television, etc), and are available to personally scout* the property on your behalf through our Custom Search service. This will provide us (and you) the ability to determine if the property meets your search criteria or not, and then you decide to reserve a viewing date. In almost all cases we will maximize the day's viewings and you can expect to be shown between 3-6 properties per day.
