After clicking on "Add Property" from the Broker Properties menu you are presented with the panel above. Fill it out like this:

Introduction: This is where you will add the description of the property. Below is an example for an apartment. 10 year old, 185m2 apartment for sale in Marbella Panama City with 3 bedrooms (master bedroom with bathroom and walk-in closet), 2.5 bathrooms, ample living/dining room, kitchen, laundry room, open balcony with views towards city and partial view of Paitilla, and 2 parking spaces. Pays monthly maintenance fees of $170.00 including gas, annual property taxes of $200.00, and is located on a high floor. About Tower One in Marbella, Panama City:The building is approx. 10 years old, 24 stories tall, 3 stories of roofed carport parking, reserve water tank, 2 units per floor, security 24/7, 2 elevators, and pet friendly, with estimated utility costs of $200 per month for a family of 3 (including electricity, internet, cable television, and telephone). |

You are now ready to upload your photos. There is no limit to the number of photos you can add, but you should be able to show the best details of the property in under 30 photos. Remember to think logically about the order which you add the photos. I add the photos as if I were walking the client through the property. Think from the outside of the property to the inside as this makes for a better presentation. Example: view from outside, view of the lobby, view of inside of the property, view from the property, view of social area.

After adding your last photo, you can always re-order them, but this can take more time than necessary. Once you have finished adding the photos, click on Save (the disk icon). You have successfully added your property! You should automatically be brought to the Manage My Properties page. |

| Manage My Properties: You should automatically be brought to the Manage My Properties page. You will notice that your property has been added, but it is not yet published. Once you finish adding your properties for today, you should send me a quick email letting me know you have added a new property and within 24 hours I will review and publish the property. |
