After clicking on "Add Property" from the Broker Properties menu you are presented with the panel above. Fill it out like this:

• Name: Location + Name + Description (Ex: Obarrio La Fontana Penthouse)
• Type: Select type from the drop down menu. If your type does not exist, select any option so you may continue and make sure to add the property type in the notes section below.
• Address: Neighborhood + City (Ex: Obarrio, Panama City)
• Province: Province
• Price: Price (Ex: 123000 - No symbols and no commas)
• Country: Country
• Featured: Leave this box blank

Introduction: This is where you will add the description of the property. Below is an example for an apartment.
Note that more information is given that you may be used to. This is important and necessary as we respect our clients time. By giving them the answers to their own question we build trust that know the property very well.

10 year old, 185m2 apartment for sale in Marbella Panama City with 3 bedrooms (master bedroom with bathroom and walk-in closet), 2.5 bathrooms, ample living/dining room, kitchen, laundry room, open balcony with views towards city and partial view of Paitilla, and 2 parking spaces. Pays monthly maintenance fees of $170.00 including gas, annual property taxes of $200.00, and is located on a high floor.

About Tower One in Marbella, Panama City:The building is approx. 10 years old, 24 stories tall, 3 stories of roofed carport parking, reserve water tank, 2 units per floor, security 24/7, 2 elevators, and pet friendly, with estimated utility costs of $200 per month for a family of 3 (including electricity, internet, cable television, and telephone).

The Notes section is hidden from the user. It should be used to give the site administrator (Mike) important information such as:

• Property location
• Property directions
• Seller availability (morning/afternoon, etc)
• Missing information in drop down menus

Once clicked on the Extra Fields Tab you will enter the following information:

• Neighborhood: Select Neighborhood (If you neighborhood is not in the list make sure to let me know in the Notes Area)
• Price Per M2: Enter Price Per M2 (Ex: $1,523). Remeberto calculate the PPM2 with the commission price included.
• Price Range: Select Price Range (based on the Sale Price) If not for sale, leave blank.
• Rental Price Range: Select Rental Price Range (based on the Rental Price). If not for rent, leave blank.
• Price Range Per M2: Select Price Range Per M2 based on your Price Per M2
• Property ID: Leave blank

Do not change "Created", "Start Publishing", or Finish Publishing" sections. The 2 important areas on this page are:

• Meta Description: Click on the Properties Tab and copy and paste your text from Introduction
• Metadata Keywords: Using keywords from your Introduction text, type the keywords here, separted by a comma (Ex: Real Estate Panama, obarrio, apartment, panama, for sale, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, penthouse, ocean view). The more keywords you add the more the search engines will visit this site. This is very important becasue keywords improve our visitor traffic and improve our search engine ranking.

You are now ready to upload your photos. There is no limit to the number of photos you can add, but you should be able to show the best details of the property in under 30 photos. Remember to think logically about the order which you add the photos. I add the photos as if I were walking the client through the property. Think from the outside of the property to the inside as this makes for a better presentation. Example: view from outside, view of the lobby, view of inside of the property, view from the property, view of social area.

• Title: Add The Photo Title (Ex: Exterior View, Bedroom, Bathroom, etc)
• Description: You can leave this blank.
• Photo: Click on the Browse button, and then navigate to the location where you have the image on your computer.
• Upload Photo: Once you have selected the photo, click on the Upload Photo Button. After a few seconds, the photo should show up under assigned photos section. Continue adding photos until you have added all of the photos.

After adding your last photo, you can always re-order them, but this can take more time than necessary. Once you have finished adding the photos, click on Save (the disk icon).

You have successfully added your property! You should automatically be brought to the Manage My Properties page.
